ABOUT
Hi, I'm Jennifer, a UX researcher working at the intersection of user insights + product design. I'm based in Brooklyn, New York.

With 7+ years of agency and in-house experiences, my background ranges from consulting for major tech firms to leading research teams for brands, driving impact with cross-functional leaders as a trusted research partner.

I'm currently a UX researcher at Google on the ads team, where I surface user behaviors and attitudes to influence design and product decisions. My primary focus is on monetization for AI Mode and Search.

Prior to Google, I built and led the research function at Away, and consulted for major tech firms like Google, Waze, and Spotify at C Space.

Prior to the UX world, I double majored in Economics and Film Studies at Tufts University. In my personal time, you'll most likely find me reading on the subway, spending hours at local bookstores, exploring new running routes, or CitiBiking across boroughs. I'm also a 200 hour-certified yoga teacher leading classes across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

I'm a firm believer that by bringing clarity to invisible and systemic drivers, we can build a more empathetic, accessible, and equitable world.

Stay a while, ask some questions, and let's connect!
